I did not RX Fran. I have been have technique problems with thrusters/push presses, so I opted for 55#. And, I did banded pull ups.

Yeah, I know, not very impressive, but, I’m happy with it :) The fastest time at our gym is like, 3:30. It was one of our trainers, and promptly afterwards, he was in the bathroom for 45 minutes vomiting and experiencing explosive diarrhea. THAT’S how hard he pushed his body lol Fran is a beast of a work out. A BEAST.
I will find a video on youtube of someone blowing it out of the water, just to show some of my non-crossfitting followers, because, I still love you guys :)
